What is group therapy?

Group therapy consists of small groups of 6-10 people and can be extremely effective. It is used to help treat addiction, as well as provide support of those who find themselves in similar situations. It can provide amazing support for partners of addicts or couples working through betrayal.

Group therapy sessions can range from 50-90 minutes, depending on the group. Group rates can also vary, depending on the length of the session.
